Nana Loladze

Nana Loladze was born in 1959. In 1981 graduated from the Faculty of Philology (Majoring in Kartvelian Languages) at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 1995 she defended her Candidate dissertation (The Form and Semantic Classification of Static Verbs in Kartvelian Languages). She is the compiler of “Georgian Vocabulary” and “Vocabulary of the along with other co-authors; she has written nearly 50 scholarly articles; Nana Loladze is a scholar at Arnold Chikobava Institute of Linguistics, and leading specialist of Georgian Language and Literature at National Assessment an Examination Centre.

Her Spheres of Scholarly Interest are: Comparative Analysis of Kartvelian Languages, Functional Grammar, Cognitive Linguistics, Computer Linguistics, and Corpus Linguistics.
